Time to Order Your Backpacks!

Backpack and School Supplies Available!

The 2016-2017 school year has just ended, but the Guardian ad Litem Foundation of Tampa Bay is already getting ready for back to school! Backpacks with grade specific school supplies are available for request for school age children in the Guardian ad Litem Program from VPK-12th grade on a first come first served basis. Please note, if a case is about to close, a child will be moving out of the area, or they will be getting a backpack/supplies from another source, do not request a backpack for them as supplies are limited and we want to ensure that as many children get what they need as possible to have a fantastic start to the 2017-2018 school year! IMPORTANT: To reduce duplications, only the GAL/CAM doing the visiting of the child should request a backpack. Please be sure to select the office location the backpack will be picked up at it-it may be different than the office closest to your home.

Please complete the request form no later than June 16th to be considered.

Pick-Up Dates

You will receive an email confirming your backpack request after June 20th. Please save the following dates for pick up (only for GALs who submit a request).

Pinellas backpacks will be available for pick up at the ICOT Office on August 2nd from 3-6 PM.

Pasco backpacks will be available for pick up at the New Port Richey office on August 7th from 9am-5pm and at the Dade City office on August 7th from 3pm - 5pm.
